Facilitating and designing a mission-led strategy in close collaboration with the top management team and wider leadership and organization.
Bispebjerg Hospital x Transition Collective
The Geriatric-palliative department of Bispebjerg Hospital in Copenhagen wished to transition into a more liberated organization based on self-governing teams. Transition Collective collaborated with the department on how to create images of a preferred future and how to use organizational experiments as a transition driver.
